This place is so wonderful, very helpful. I just moved here for college and they haven’t been anything but nice and helpful! They helped me through the process of getting my braces off, to getting me retainers. Love them!

I’m going into my 3rd month of traditional braces at 54 years old. This office provides up front and honesty with pricing and treatment options, and their staff is amazing!! No question or concern goes unanswered, and I am completely happy I chose them. I’m looking forward to the rest of my treatment and of course, the final result.

I decided to start my journey with Dr. Parker. After reviewing and asking around for the best orthodontist doctor here in Yakima WA. From front desk to the financial aspect was a breeze. I want to point out Alondra’s expertise and help through the financial process which made it so easy and stress free. Dr. Parker is very professional and took my concerns with such care and explained the whole process throughly and efficiently. I can not wait to see the smile that I have always been dreaming about. I had a really positive experience with Dr Gamache. From the first consultation to the final results, the team was professional, kind, and very organized. They took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all my questions, which made a big difference.
Appointments were efficient, and I never felt rushed. The office was clean and welcoming, and the staff always made me feel at ease. Most importantly, I’m very happy with my results—my smile looks great, and the whole process went smoother than I expected. I have had nothing but positive experiences here in every appointment I’ve had. All of the staff are very personable. From my first day of my consult and meeting Rosa the sweetest financial coordinator and the amazing receptionist Vanesa that welcomes every customer with a sweet smile on her face. I have also been impressed by the level of care and attention that their ortho assistant Cynthia had during my latest visit. I felt that she listened to every concern I had or any question I had and made me feel so comfortable and encouraged to ask. I really have all but good things to say! (:

I had such a wonderful experience with the staff here, especially Christian - she is an outstanding assistant! The team here accepted me as a new patient with kindness and the urgency I requested. They also welcomed me with a smile and even had my name up on a board there to celebrate my debond! A wonderful staff!! I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for orthodontic care!

I have taken my kids to two other orthodontic places and felt like they just wanted my money and didn't really care about me or my kids. I decided to search for a new place and I'm so glad I did! They really care here! They always go above and beyond and Denise is an absolute gem! She got my daughters braces covered by insurance when the other 2 places I went told me they wouldn't be covered! They just didn't want to bother with the billing. This is the only place I will ever trust in Yakima! Couldn't be happier!

Excellent service. All our questions and concerns were answered. We tried this facility out after not making any progress with another facility in town and Yakima Orthodontics made us feel like a valued patient. Definitely would recommend this facility!

Extraordinary service and thoughtfulness. My son needed his braces wires trimmed on a Friday and the office closed before I got off work. Yesenia came back to the office 2 hours after they'd closed just so my son wouldn't have to be uncomfortable all weekend.
So glad we were referred here!
